Welcome to the official Hugging Face organization for GenBio AI.
We are building the world's first AI-driven Digital Organism (AIDO) to predict, simulate, and program biology at all levels, from molecules to cells to individuals. The models hosted in this org are our previous-generation foundation models (GB.DNA, GB.RNA, GB.Protein, GB.StructureTokenizer, GB.Cell). This investigation of large-scale ML across biology helped form the foundation for AIDO Cell's unified world model today.
Note on naming: Our open-source models have been renamed GB.* (previously AIDO.*). GB.Cell (formerly AIDO.Cell) is the open-source single-cell foundation model above. It is distinct from AIDO Cell, our new virtual cell world model.
All models hosted in this organization, past and present, are developed by GenBio AI’s research team. Models and codes in this organization are released under the GenBio AI Community License. The full terms are included in the LICENSE file of each repository.
